Before you call

None of this is required. It just makes the first call shorter, because these are the things the shop will ask about either way.

• The year, make and model, and the trim if you know it.
• What happened and roughly when, and whether the vehicle is drivable.
• Whether a claim is open, and the insurer and claim number if there is one.
• Whether anyone has already written an estimate. If so, bring it or have it in front of you.
• A few photographs of the damage, taken somewhere safe. What to photograph.
• For a camper van, trailer or smaller motorhome: the length, height and anything fitted to the outside.

The inquiry form asks for your vehicle, how to reach you, and what needs repair. It does not book an appointment, reserve repair space or authorize any work, and it is not the route for anything urgent. For a vehicle that cannot be driven, or anything that needs an answer today, call the shop.
